Chai Latte Gives a Special Punch to Dress Up Sunday Brunch!

Ingredients & Equipment:
5 oz Ginger-Cinnamon Schnapps
1/3 oz Honey
3/4 oz Cointreau
3 c Orange Pekoe Tea (steeped from the pot)
3/4 c Heavy cream (18% MF)
Instructions on Making the Chai Latte Hot Drink:
Take 5-6 tea bags and enclose in a suffuser and drop into a tea pot with boiling water from the kettle.
Add the ff.: honey, Cointreau (orange liquer), Ginger-Cinnamon Drop Schnapps.
Finally add in the cream and put into a shaker to mix.
Pour into a glass tumbler the hot tea and warm your jowls in the cold Winter air when enjoying your brunch indoors with peach melba (my idea of this is to make french toast, topped with a peach halve, and a thin coating of orange marmalade and popping into an oven under the grill until after 3-5 mins.) with 2 fried eggs and 3 bacon rashers per serving.
