Construct the ff. by fashioning:
1. A double-crust of light Graham wafer and marzipan.
2. White body of chocolate creme custard.
3. Topping of marshmallows and meringue blend.
Instructions:
1. Construct the double crust of (a) light Graham crackers of melted butter, granulated sugar and vanilla and (b) then apply pre-bought marzipan and roll out 1.4" spread and cut excess at edges.
2. Make body of white chocolate Kisses (R) with creme custard by melting white Kisses (R) with Boston creme custard with mixing while cooking custard.
3. White marshmallows will food process by dripping in Karo (R) light corn syrup and beat stiff the egg white with corn syrup and fold in with the other then top pie plus dripping caramerlized syrup from the pan after baking at 380 deg. centrigade for 35 mins. and test firmness with a toothpick.
Serving Suggestion:
This delicate selection may be served with a fresh fruit compote of berries and/or mangoes. Truly a delight!!! C'est bon apetit!
